    Working with a professional, long established independent Executive Search firm who are seeking an experienced consultant to join the growing specialist Pharmaceutical team and take over a WARM DESK!

    Due to organic growth, they are now looking to add talent to their already successful team. This is a warm desk and where the individual can take advantage of existing client relationships and leverage off the back of them as well as be tasked with developing pure new business.

    Individuals do not have to come from an executive search background, however, will need to have a proven and successful recruitment background, as well as possess most, if not all, of the following:

    •University Degree (Preferred but not essential)
    •Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
    •Experience of working in a professional environment
    •Leadership, adaptability, problem solving and have the ability to build a relationship quickly.
    •Drive, ambition and want for continued success
